If you are not completely satisfied with your yoga mat within 30 days of receipt, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@interflowyoga.com. Our representatives will guide you through the return process.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your yoga mat for a different color or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  5. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective yoga mat, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
